Can I use my fire pit on grass or artificial grass?
We would recommend using your fire pit on stone or concrete. You should always use the ashtray provided, this will help catch an ash or charcoal that may fall from your fire pit.

What size fire pit is right for me?
We offer three sizes of fire pit;
- Compact, which is our travel friendly size fire pit at 410mm, is great for those on the go.
- Medium, which is middle sized fire pit at 545mm, is good for a couple or small family.
- Large, which is our biggest fire pit at 750mm is great for those who have a large family or like to throw a gathering or two.
What’s included when I buy my fire pit?
Standard and large fire pits come with, two sides, 2 interchangeable ends, a stiffener for support, an ashtray and a BBQ cooking grill.
Compact fire pits come with a carry bag, two sides, 2 interchangeable ends an ashtray and a BBQ cooking grill.
What material is the fire pit made out of?
Our fire pits are made from mild steel & stainless steel.
Do I need tools to assemble my fire pit?
No all of our fire pits are designed to be put together without tools
Can I use my fire pit inside?
No our pits are for outdoor use only
Can I move the fire pit when lit?
No, do not move any fire pits when lit
Can I use the fire pit without the grill on top?
Do I have to use the ash tray provided?
We recommend you use the tray to collect any falling ash and to help protect the ground underneath.
Should I use wood or charcoal in my fire pit?
Our fire pits can be used with both. If you’re looking to use the fire pit with the grill for a BBQ we would recommend using coal, if you’re looking to use the fire pit without the grill we recommend using wood.
How do I know when the fire pit is ready to cook over?
We would recommend lighting your coal at least an hour before you want to start cooking. You’ll know your fire pit is ready to cook on when the flames have died down and you have a bed of glowing embers. These embers will provide a steady source of heat allowing your food to gently cook all the way through.
We would not recommend cooking over flames as this may burn your food on the outside whilst leaving the middle raw.
How should I store my fire pit?
Should my fire pit be covered when not in use?
To keep your fire pit in the best condition we would recommend leaving it in a cool dry place or covering it to protect it from weathering.
My fire pit is rusting. Is this a problem?
No this is not a problem, Our pits are made from mild steel and stainless steel and will weather over time, developing a rusty patina.
How should I clean my fire pit?
We would recommend cleaning your fire pit with with a wire brush and a spray of WD40.
How should I clean my grill?
We would recommend cleaning your grill with warm, soapy water and a damp cloth
Delivery / Returns
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to the UK mainland.
How much is delivery?
All of our fire pits come with free delivery to UK mainland.
Can I collect the fire pit from factory?
We do offer free delivery on all orders, however you can pick up your order from our Essex based workshop.
When can I expect my fire pit to be delivered?
We will aim to deliver within 3-5 working days from receipt of payment.
I’m not happy with my fire pit, can I return it?
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or refund. You must return it unused and in its original packaging.
My fire pit is damaged and or faulty, what should I do?
If you received a damaged or faulty product, please notify us immediately via email & we will respond within 48 hours.
